Welcome

Hello
Here is a little bit about what to expect on your first visit.
01
What To Bring
There isn't really a whole lot you need to bring. A bottle of water and a hair tie for long hair will get you through your first class! And a fully charged phone with room for some lush new photos of yourself, looking like a rock star, of course!
02
What To Wear
Our most asked question by newbies! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. T-shirt, singlet, sports bra, all good. Leggings are ok to wear, but if you are comfortable to wear shorts, it is better to for leg grip. We use the skin behind our knees and our calves etc to grip the pole in some moves.
03
What To Book
As a complete beginner, either a Beginner Static, Beginner Spin or Intro class is suitable. You can also try a casual class as a beginner, but they do move at a slightly faster pace which not all first timers like as much as a Beginner class.
04
What To Expect
Upon arriving at our beautiful Torquay studio, you will be greeted by one of our instructors, who will be expecting you. They will show you around the studio, explain how to get ready for class and introduce you to your class mates.
There is one pole per students, so you won't have to share with a stranger. Each class involves a warm up, and a detailed break down of beginner moves. There will be a cool down at the end, and sometimes you learn a little mini routine of the tricks of the day.
